E-commerce CRO audits

E-Commerce Conversion Rate Optimization Audits

We review your Shopify store the way a first-time visitor from Pinterest sees it, find the friction that stops qualified traffic from buying, and hand you a prioritized plan to fix it.

  • Talk directly to the founder
  • Reply within 1–2 business days
  • No commitment

An audit gives you evidence-based recommendations. It does not guarantee a conversion rate increase: implementation and testing decide that.

Why CRO before scaling ads

Conversion Rate Sets the Price of Every Click You Buy

Your cost per order is roughly your cost per click divided by your conversion rate. If a click costs $1.00 and one visitor in a hundred buys, each order costs about $100 in media. If two in a hundred buy, the same traffic costs about $50 per order.

That is why a Shopify conversion rate optimization audit is often the highest-leverage step before you scale Pinterest, Meta, or Google. Fixing a confusing product page, a hidden shipping cost, or a slow mobile page improves every channel at once.

Traffic from Pinterest adds its own twist. Visitors arrive from one specific image, often on a phone, often still comparing options. The page they land on has to continue that story immediately.

Pinterest traffic

Built for Visitors Who Arrive From a Pin

A Pinterest visitor clicked because of one image and one idea. We check that the landing page keeps that promise.

  • The product in the pin is the first thing visitors see
  • Price, shipping, and delivery time are clear on mobile
  • Scale and detail images answer the obvious questions
  • Collections used as landing pages match the ad's theme
  • Retargeted visitors can pick up where they left off

FAQ

CRO Audit Questions

How long does a CRO audit take?

It depends on the size of your store and the number of templates and markets involved. We confirm the delivery date in the proposal, before any work starts.

Do you implement the changes?

The audit is designed so your team or developer can implement it. We can support implementation, review changes, or scope a follow-up project if you need more hands.

Do I need a lot of traffic for CRO?

No, not for an audit. Many fixes are clear usability improvements. A/B testing is different: it needs enough traffic and conversions to reach reliable conclusions, and we only recommend tests your volume can support.

Will the audit increase my conversion rate?

An audit identifies likely causes of lost conversions and recommends fixes. Actual results depend on what is implemented, how well, and on factors like traffic mix and seasonality. We do not guarantee a specific increase.

Do you only audit Shopify stores?

Most of our audits are for Shopify and Shopify Plus, and our checklists are built around Shopify themes and apps. We can audit other platforms when the funnel data is accessible.

What access do you need?

Staff or collaborator access to Shopify with limited permissions, read access to your analytics, and access to your ad platforms if you want traffic sources analyzed.
